If you’ve grown up in a free society, you’ve lived with choices and the freedom to live and work where you want to. Finances might hold you back, or your own problems might keep you from living as freely as you’d like, but you are walking the streets a free person with choices. So, for all Americans who will be enjoying Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends this Thursday, November 28th, Jo’el Worldwear would simply like to ask that you take a brief moment just to remember those around the world who aren’t free – sold into sex slavery, forced into labor pools to work in dangerous garment factories with endless hours, or taken from their families to be held in domestic servantry in an unfamiliar country. There’s over 27 million people a year being sold into human trafficking and slavery – believe it or not!
Say THANKS for your freedom to be with those who you love on this special day!
