Mahatma Gandhi once said “if you want to change the world, start with yourself.” There’s not much more that I can add to that quote.
Too many people get overwhelmed with thoughts of helping everybody. They think there is nothing they can do to make a difference so why bother. I agree with Gandhi, we all can make a difference by starting with ourselves.
Keep it simple. Start with little things, like your clothing, food, and personal habits. I believe if you start with yourself the rest will eventually fall into place.
